I am a licensed Florida Realtor working in the Flagler & Volusia County area of Florida. Flagler & Volusia are located on the eastern seaboard of Central Florida. Central Florida is a great place to live, whether you are thinking of moving here to retire or raise a family. We have a great mix of cultures and ages; a beautiful year round climate; and lots of fun stuff to do!
First of all, our beaches are absolutely gorgeous! We have soft coquina sand beaches in Flagler County, and harder white sand, drive-on beaches in parts of Volusia County. If you like to golf, then you are looking at the right place. St. Augustine and Palm Coast are home to numerous golf courses. If you are a race fan then you already know that Daytona Beach is the home of NASCAR and the Daytona 500.
Some local attractions include The Speedway in Daytona Beach, the NASA Space Center, Jacksonville within an hour or so drive to the north, and Orlando within an hour and a half (give or take depending upon where you’re leaving from) to the south west. We have beautiful state parks too!
